Processing & Shipping Times

Processing: All orders have a 2-5 business day process not including weekends or holidays. This time does not include the shipping time. 

Shipping:  Takes 1-3 business days depending on where you are located, however, we are not responsible for the delay of delivery due to the carrier service. 


*All Sales Are Final* We do not accept returns due to hygienic reasons!

If you receive items damaged, please email us at with: 

  1. Your order number as the subject line
  2. A picture of the box it came in
  3. A picture of the products you purchased
We will be sure to respond within 48 hours of receiving your email. 
Incorrect Address/ Lost or Stolen Packages: 

We are NOT liable for incorrect addresses or lost/stolen packages.

If the address you provide for your order is considered not deliverable by the courier for any reason, the shipment will be returned to us.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we get an updated address from you. 

Once your order has been returned to us, we will make the changes if we were able to get ahold of you and you will receive an invoice with the reshipment fee. We will reship your products once we receive payment.
