Cancellation Policy

At Treazore Scense, every order is prepared with care. Please review our cancellation policy before completing your purchase.

Regular Orders

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to wehelp@treazorescense.com within one hour of placing your order.

Please include your order number in the email subject line and clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have entered processing, been prepared, packaged, or shipped may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, store credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund for a voluntary cancellation, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Your order is not considered canceled until you receive written confirmation from Treazore Scense.

Preorders

Preorders are purchases made before a product is available for immediate shipment. The expected shipping date and any special terms will be provided on the applicable preorder page.

Please review the product description and preorder terms carefully before purchasing. If Treazore Scense is unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a refund as required by applicable law.

Cancellation requests for preorders will be reviewed according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, fragrance preferences, or other personal preferences.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email wehelp@treazorescense.com with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue.
